Abstract
The radial nerve palsy is one of the most common complications in the fracture of the humeral shaft. This complication is usually occured in middle 1/3 spiral fracture or comminuted fracture of the humeral shaft. If the nerve is ruptured, it is repaired with several technique(epineurial, perineurial & epiperineurial suture). Recent trend of nerve repair is fascicular, funicular or epiperineurial anastomosis. This two cases of ruptured radial nerves out of 88 cases of humeral shaft fracture were repaired by means of microsurgical epiperineurial technique. The result was excellent.
